How to Avoid Internet Lead Conversion Failure
Written by Matt Newport
Tuesday, 26 January 2010
“I want a complete refund!” the email from the Big Island of Hawaii screamed. “These leads are no good!” I went to the client’s permanent lead sheet and found leads like this one, from an Oregon State University staffer, complete with phone number and email that said the following: “We are looking for a vacation home after just returning from 2 weeks in Hawaii, WE LOVE IT!! Looking for a place with 1-3 acres (or more) that we could eventually retire to. Top price $180-200,000. Close to Hilo would be preferred and north, however Puna prices are pretty enticing. Do you have places that would fit our criteria? Also, it would probably be a cash sale.”
